Gloria Graham: Under the Electron Microscope
November 3 through December 1, 2001
James Kelly Contemporary

Gloria Graham has long been considered one of New Mexico’s most distinguished artists, known for her sophisticated work in a variety  of media. For part of this exhibition, Graham drew directly on the gallery walls, exploring her research into atomic structure. “At the molecular level humans share a common bond with every form in the universe,” wrote Graham. inspired by this commonality and the elegance of the formal atomic structures, the artist has made small drawings on panels as well as large installation drawings.
